Our teams execute technically demanding restoration work across critical structural building systems in occupied high-rise environments, where precision, safety, and disciplined execution matter most.
Engineered concrete repairs addressing deterioration, spalling, and corrosion to restore structural integrity.
Industry-leading coating and waterproofing systems to defend building envelopes from moisture, salt air, and UV exposure.
Structural concrete repairs and traffic-bearing systems to maintain safety and performance in active garages.
Structural deck repairs and waterproofing systems designed for constant use, water exposure, and long-term performance.
Highly coordinated window and door replacement executed with precision and minimal disruption in occupied buildings.
Florida’s SB 4-D demands an end-to-end partner. We deliver structural, electrical, and illumination work; scoped, sequenced, and executed for milestone inspections.

Our Approach
The challenge:
Many associations are responsible for buildings 30–50+ years old, where deferred maintenance has increased safety risk, liability, and long-term exposure.
How we help:
We extend building service life through disciplined, engineered structural restoration that addresses underlying causes—not cosmetic repairs.
The challenge:
30/40/50+ year recertification timelines leave little room for missteps, redesigns, or failed inspections.
How we help:
We execute inspection-ready, code-compliant repairs aligned with engineer-of-record requirements and applicable statutes.
The challenge:
Restoration work directly impacts daily life—noise, access, balconies, and safety quickly become board-level issues.
How we help:
We specialize in phased execution within occupied buildings, minimizing disruption while maintaining resident safety and confidence.
The challenge:
Boards often struggle to evaluate scope adequacy, cost exposure, and long-term outcomes.
How we help:
We bring an owner-side perspective that balances engineering intent, constructability, and fiscal responsibility throughout execution.
The challenge:
Salt air, wind-driven rain, and UV exposure accelerate deterioration in South Florida high-rise buildings.
How we help:
We apply proven waterproofing and exterior systems designed for coastal high-rise environments.
The challenge:
Projects stall when expectations, design intent, and field execution aren’t aligned.
How we help:
Having worked on all sides of the table, we actively coordinate engineers, boards, and field teams to maintain alignment from planning through execution.
The challenge:
Boards operate under fiduciary and statutory obligations and need more than a traditional construction firm.
How we help:
We provide board-level leadership, documentation, and oversight throughout complex, multi-year capital programs.

Lenny Loscalzo is the President of Platinum Structural Restoration, Inc. and a licensed General Contractor, bringing more than twenty years of experience in the structural and concrete restoration industry. His career has been primarily focused on condominium and high-rise buildings, with extensive involvement in complex restoration projects across Florida, New York, New Jersey, and New Orleans.
Lenny’s expertise spans façade restoration, structural concrete rehabilitation, waterproofing systems, window and door replacement, and large-scale building restoration. He possesses a deep technical understanding of repair methodologies and material systems, including concrete repair mortars, protective coatings, waterproofing membranes, and façade assemblies. His background also includes comprehensive knowledge of municipal and state construction codes, historic preservation requirements, OSHA safety standards, and construction practices ranging from multifamily buildings to high-rise and skyscraper structures.
Throughout his career, Lenny has consistently emphasized the importance of balancing engineering intent, material performance, quality workmanship, and long-term durability. This approach allows him to deliver restoration solutions that are not only technically sound but also practical and sustainable over the life of the building.
In addition to his role as a contractor, Lenny has served in Owner’s Representation and Project Management capacities, working closely with Association Boards, Property Managers, and Structural Engineers. In these roles, he has supported the coordination and oversight of all phases of restoration projects, helping stakeholders navigate complex scopes, regulatory requirements, and construction sequencing with clarity and confidence.

Randy Suarez is the Vice President and a Partner of Platinum Structural Restoration, Inc. In addition to his role at Platinum, he brings eighteen years of experience as a Florida-licensed property manager and holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Florida International University, with a professional background centered on condominium governance and capital project oversight.
Throughout his career, Randy has worked closely with Condominium Association Boards, Property Management teams, and Structural Engineers in the planning and execution of large-scale capital improvement programs and 40-/50-Year Recertification projects. His experience spans structural, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical scopes of work, with hands-on involvement in engineering coordination, project sequencing, budgeting, compliance tracking, and stakeholder communication to support successful project delivery.
Randy possesses extensive knowledge of condominium governance, board operations, accounting practices, statutory compliance requirements, and the administrative and field processes associated with 40-/50-Year Recertification programs. Our work takes place in active, occupied buildings where planning, sequencing, and field oversight directly affect residents, property operations, and life safety. In these environments, safety is inseparable from execution.
We approach every project with structured pre-construction planning, detailed hazard assessments, and clearly defined site logistics. Work areas are deliberately controlled, access points are managed, and critical paths are sequenced to reduce exposure to residents and minimize disruption. From façade access and concrete repair to electrical and illumination scopes, every phase is evaluated for risk before work begins—not after an incident occurs.
Safety is reinforced daily through formal training, clear supervision structures, and consistent on-site leadership presence. Our teams conduct regular safety briefings, maintain active communication with property management, and continuously monitor changing site conditions. Hazards are not assumed to be controlled—they are actively identified, mitigated, and verified.
This disciplined approach protects people, property, and reputation. It reduces preventable delays, supports predictable schedules, and safeguards the quality of work. In complex restoration environments, safety is not separate from performance—it is the foundation of it.
